Learn the basic, and necessary skills of digital photography as it applies to doll and bear artists.  This course can be used both to improve your photography skills, and to learn enough about digital cameras to help you make an educated buying decision if you do not yet have a camera.

Instruction is provided on camera styles and models, essential features, key terminology and the operation of a digital camera. Students will participate in photo taking projects to develop their skills with and without flash.  Students learn to manipulate depth of field, color spaces, and more.

This course is absolutely essential for anyone who's taking bear & doll photos for the internet, auctions, magazine ads, competitions or personal portfolios. This course is suitable for all levels from the novice to the serious amateur photographer.

The course is delivered as  a step by step conversational style scrolling text.  The text is delivered in Chapters, which are opened one at a time over a 45 day period.

The SHOOT! course is an instructor led course with specific start and end dates.

There is NO supply kit.  Students are required to obtain their own supplies ( a camera.)  A full supply list  and recommendations for equipment are provided in the class.
